Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide assistance with product selection.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing the sales floor to ensure a clean shopping environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, prices, and warranties.
- Support the management team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
