Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store floor.
- Manage daily sales reports, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as required.
- Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to drive sales targets and promote ongoing store campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School diploma; college level is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required.
