Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for retail? eco-shop Malaysia is currently looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team at our Taman Nirwana, Ampang outlet. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be the face of our store, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and leaves with a smile.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area, and assisting with store operations. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and e-wallets with high integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers regarding store inquiries or product locations.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure floats are accurate at the start and end of shifts.
- Support general store upkeep and inventory stocking as needed during quieter periods.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in retail or customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and customer-centric attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numerical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
