Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, with precision.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with any product-related inquiries or store information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area throughout the shift.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and ensure drawer accuracy at the start and end of shifts.
- Support store inventory replenishment and visual merchandising when the checkout queue is low.
- Follow all company safety, security, and loss prevention policies strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
