You'll be responsible for handling cash transactions, operating POS systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of shift
- Bag merchandise and assist customers with their purchases
- Keep checkout area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store management immediately
Kualifikasi
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with integrity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
