Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and cash registers
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and issue resolution
- Handle cash transactions, including providing correct change and processing refunds
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily cash reconciliation
- Upsell products and promotional items to enhance customer experience
- Ensure checkout area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management and store operations as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic numerical skills and attention to financial details
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail environment
- Trustworthiness and integrity in handling cash and sensitive information
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS technology
