We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Teller to join the SMJ Teratai team in Bukit Mertajam. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, and various payment methods while maintaining strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, SPM, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
