Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, check, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout counter at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing daily stock counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security policies and cash handling procedures.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and prepare daily reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail position is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy in handling money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
