Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer transactions including cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to supervisors promptly
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures to maintain store security and standards
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store events

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with good numerical skills
  • Previous experience as a cashier, teller, or in customer service roles is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash with integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • High level of honesty, reliability, and responsibility
