Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions including cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the beginning and end of each shift
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to supervisors promptly
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to maintain store security and standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with good numerical skills
- Previous experience as a cashier, teller, or in customer service roles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High level of honesty, reliability, and responsibility
