Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with high integrity and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout counter area throughout the shift.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accurate balance.
- Assist in general store merchandising or restocking efforts during downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security procedures regarding cash handling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for cash handling.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to remain calm in busy situations.
