Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily buying and selling of foreign currencies efficiently and accurately.
- Process incoming and outgoing remittance applications for customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the counter.
- Handle cash transactions, receipts, and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain accurate records of currency exchange rates and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the inventory and security of cash and foreign currency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in a cashier or teller role is highly preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures and foreign exchange.
