Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counter.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments efficiently and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on pricing and promotions.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or equipment issues to the store manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
