Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process sales transactions via cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payments.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers, perform daily reconciliations, and prepare deposits.
- Stock shelves, ensure product displays are visually appealing, and manage inventory levels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Follow loss prevention and security procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Assist with store opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Secondary School (SPM) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or banking is an added advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Applicants must be residents of or willing to relocate to Serian, Sarawak.
