Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register system
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Assist with inventory management, price checks, and product information
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash accurately
