Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with high accuracy and responsibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks when required.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Upsell products and promote current store promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
