Tanggung Jawab
- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Ensure all financial transactions are balanced and reconciled at the end of every shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries with a professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with service staff to verify bill accuracy and guest orders.
- Handle promotional vouchers and discount programs in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare daily sales reports and perform end-of-day closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in relevant fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.
- Strong numerical ability and high level of accuracy in handling cash and processing payments.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
