- Process customer transactions including cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a positive customer experience
- Verify customer purchases and provide proper change while maintaining accurate cash drawer records
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain operational standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures for financial handling and security
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of checkout supplies as needed
Kualifikasi
- Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments
- Passion for customer service with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashiering or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple transactions
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
