Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and transaction processes
- Manage daily cash register operations and reconcile transactions
- Assist customers with product inquiries and promotional information
- Maintain organized checkout area and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Support inventory management through stock reconciliation and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service role
- Proficiency in basic cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
