Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments for hospital services and patient bills
- Verify insurance coverage and coordinate billing with third-party payers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation and daily transaction records
- Provide clear billing explanations and payment options to patients
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and payment inquiries
- Collaborate with accounting department for financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of cashier or financial transaction experience
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and billing software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes is advantageous
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required
