Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash, checks, and digital payments while maintaining strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Manage the checkout area to ensure it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, including price checks and stock replenishment.
- Balance daily cash drawers and prepare accurate daily reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or general educational development (GED) certificate is required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is highly preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail to minimize errors.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Reliable work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality.
