As a Cashiering Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising all cashiering operations, conducting performance evaluations for our cashier team, and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Directly supervise daily cashiering operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to cashier staff
- Monitor cash handling, float management, and reconciliation of daily sales transactions
- Ensure proper documentation of all cashiering functions including receipts, voids, and refunds
- Train and mentor new cashiers on POS systems, customer service excellence, and company standards
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns escalated from the cashier team
- Coordinate with store management on staffing needs, scheduling, and inventory-related matters
- Implement loss prevention measures and maintain security of cash handling areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail, supermarket, or customer service environment
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial documentation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
