- Implement and enforce cash handling protocols, security procedures, and reconciliation processes
- Train and mentor cashiers on POS systems, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Monitor transaction accuracy, resolve customer payment issues, and escalate complex problems
- Prepare daily cash reports, reconcile registers, and maintain secure cash documentation
- Collaborate with store management to improve checkout efficiency and reduce wait times

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail cashiering or financial operations with supervisory exposure
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash management software, and basic accounting principles
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy in transaction processing
