Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cashiering operations and staff performance
- Train and mentor cashiers on POS systems and customer service protocols
- Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Ensure compliance with store security and cash management policies
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries
- Coordinate with inventory and sales teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in retail supervision or cashier management
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High attention to detail with financial accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- College degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in toy retail or consumer products industry a plus
