In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our store's financial integrity, ensuring seamless transaction processes while fostering an exceptional customer shopping experience.
As a Cashiering Supervisor, you will lead the cashiering department, overseeing daily cash handling, sales documentation, and reconciliation. You will be responsible for maintaining high accuracy in financial reporting, managing bank deposits, and ensuring that our cashiering team remains compliant with company policies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can maintain a fast-paced retail environment while motivating team members to hit sales and service targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cash and check accounting operations, ensuring 100% accuracy in daily collections.
- Monitor cashier performance and conduct regular audits to maintain standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily financial reports and ensure timely bank deposits.
- Manage store funds, petty cash, and replenishment processes efficiently.
- Drive store sales targets by ensuring smooth and quick customer checkout processes.
- Address customer concerns and disputes at the point of sale to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship to new cashiers regarding point-of-sale (POS) systems and company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
