- Supervise daily cashier operations including cash/check transactions and payment processing
- Monitor cashier performance, provide training, and implement service standards
- Prepare daily sales reports, deposit slips, and financial reconciliations
- Manage cash funds, petty cash, and bank deposits ensuring accuracy and security
- Drive sales targets through team performance optimization and upselling initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues promptly
- Enforce company policies for cash handling, refunds, and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Strong background in cash handling, accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic accounting software
