As a Supervisor, you will act as the face of our store management team. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of cashiers to ensure efficient service and high morale.
- Monitor daily cash flow, reconcile till differences, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Train new cashiers on POS systems, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes during quiet periods.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate is required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail cashiering or sales supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
