Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily cashiering operations and POS machine functionality across all store departments
- Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions with precision
- Train and mentor cashiers on customer service protocols and transaction processing
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash receipts, returns, and remittances
- Implement and enforce cash security measures to prevent loss or fraud
- Prepare daily/weekly financial reports for store management review
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure sales data accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail cashiering or cash management
- Proven leadership experience supervising 5+ team members
- Advanced proficiency in POS systems and accounting software
- Strong numerical aptitude with error reconciliation expertise
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention protocols
- College degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Must possess integrity and high ethical standards
