- Oversee and monitor the daily operations of the cashiering department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for the accurate accounting of all cash, check payments, and remittances.
- Perform daily reconciliation of all POS transactions and prepare bank deposits.
- Monitor cashier performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Train and mentor new cashiers on proper cash handling, POS usage, and customer service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for management review.
- Ensure all cash and check payments are processed securely and in compliance with regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in retail cashiering or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines during peak hours.
- Integrity and trustworthiness when handling large sums of money.
