Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure all cash and check transactions are processed accurately.
- Monitor and supervise cashier staff performance, providing guidance and training to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare comprehensive daily financial reports and ensure timely bank deposits for all sales proceeds.
- Manage petty cash funds and reconcile store registers at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with the store manager to monitor and achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Implement and enforce internal control policies to prevent discrepancies and ensure security of funds.
- Provide prompt assistance to customers to resolve payment-related issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail, supermarket, or appliance industry.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail regarding cash management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
