- Perform accurate cash and chip handling transactions for casino patrons.
- Maintain high levels of security and confidentiality regarding all financial dealings.
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with regulatory gaming policies.
- Balance daily cash drawers and prepare detailed financial reports for each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing high-volume transaction queues.
- Collaborate with surveillance and security teams to maintain a safe gaming environment.
- Handle foreign currency exchanges and various payment methods efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or hospitality is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to pass a background security clearance.
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents preferred.
