Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve district-level sales and profit targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the district budget effectively, including P&L accountability and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with regional management to align local activities with broader corporate goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, sales management, or retail operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing district-level P&L.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the district as required.
