Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization
- Develop recommendations for product distribution, shelving, pricing strategies, and promotional mix
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform category management decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement category management strategies
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of category initiatives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on category performance and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all category decisions
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist with active license in the Philippines
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical category management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing and sales data
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior in the pharmaceutical sector
