Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems across multiple sites
- Monitor and optimize GPS tracking devices for fleet management
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security and location-based systems
- Perform regular system audits and security vulnerability assessments
- Update and troubleshoot firmware/software for CCTV/GPS equipment
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience with CCTV/GPS system installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in IP networking and security protocols
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Indonesian security regulations for surveillance systems
- Certification in CCTV installation or GPS technology preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional field visits
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
