Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor multiple CCTV feeds in real-time to ensure site security and identify potential threats.
- Conduct systematic patrols via camera systems to identify unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with field security personnel and local authorities during emergency situations.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
- Ensure that all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report technical faults immediately.
- Operate security systems and alarm monitoring software with high accuracy.
- Uphold company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Guard, or in a related surveillance role is preferred.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and security monitoring software.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent observation skills and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to strict professional conduct.
