Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance checks on surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any security breaches, unauthorized access, or irregularities to the security supervisor immediately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date incident reports and daily logbooks of all observations.
- Assist in access control by verifying credentials and managing entry/exit points for authorized personnel.
- Conduct regular visual patrols of the facility to support and cross-reference surveillance data.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company security policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or Security Guard is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV software and monitoring systems.
- Excellent eyesight and the ability to focus for extended periods.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and reporting.
- Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
