Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive audits of medical records to identify discrepancies and quality of care issues.
- Analyze clinical documentation to ensure it accurately reflects the severity of illness and clinical findings.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to seek resolution for documentation gaps through appropriate institutional channels.
- Maintain compliance with industry-standard coding and documentation guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance documentation processes.
- Prepare accurate, timely audit reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and clinical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant clinical/healthcare degree.
- Proven experience as a CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement) Specialist, QA Auditor, or Medical Coder.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Strong understanding of documentation requirements, DRG assignment, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
