Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive health consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate cell therapy solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Swiss Stem Cell’s services, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and procedures involved.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a robust database of leads and client interactions using the company CRM system.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with the medical and administrative team to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
- Attend medical seminars and networking events to expand professional networks and brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical medical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
