You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers in the construction and industrial sectors within the Bekasi and Karawang areas.
- Conduct market research to understand local demand and competitor activities for cement products.
- Promote and sell cement products to existing and new clients, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is mandatory for site visits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the Bekasi and Karawang regions as required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to professional development.
