Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve/exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and team leadership
- Oversee daily center operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Deliver exceptional member experiences by implementing customer service standards and resolving issues promptly
- Lead, mentor, and develop center staff through training, performance feedback, and goal setting
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in center management or retail operations leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in staff training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for diverse stakeholder management
- Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
