Tanggung Jawab
- Assess the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children in the center
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique circumstances
- Provide counseling and support services to children and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care
- Advocate for the best interests of children in various settings including school meetings, court proceedings, and family conferences
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records following established protocols
- Organize and facilitate therapeutic activities and programs for children's development
- Connect families with appropriate community resources and support services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid social work license or certification in the Philippines
- Previous experience working with children in a social service setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and professionals
- Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and family systems
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in documentation and case management systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in social work practices
