Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and integrity of retail transaction data across all enterprise systems.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT and retail operations teams to streamline data synchronization processes.
- Manage master data records and ensure adherence to internal data governance policies and security standards.
- Generate comprehensive data quality reports for management review and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new data management tools and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, database administration, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Retail Management Systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
