Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end distribution operations from central warehouse to retail endpoints
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers for timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation protocols
- Analyze distribution data to identify efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Prepare distribution reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in distribution or logistics management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
