- Manage and track enterprise software licenses across the organization
- Conduct regular license audits to ensure compliance with vendor agreements
- Coordinate license procurement, renewal, and vendor negotiations
- Maintain accurate software asset databases and documentation
- Analyze license utilization to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve license-related technical issues
- Generate compliance reports and financial forecasts for license management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in software license management or IT asset management
- Proficiency with license management tools (e.g., FlexNet, LicenseManager)
- Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing models (SaaS, perpetual, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with contract management and vendor negotiations
- Ability to interpret complex licensing agreements and legal terms
