Position Overview:
As the face of our new centre, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving our marketing initiatives to attract and engage our community. Your dual role will see you managing office logistics, coordinating schedules, and delivering excellent customer service, alongside developing compelling marketing campaigns, managing social media, and organising events. This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact the centre's growth and reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative functions of the centre, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to boost brand awareness and drive enrolments.
- Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, and copy for social media and marketing collateral using tools like Canva.
- Manage incoming enquiries from parents, clients, and partners via phone, email, and social media, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate the organisation of centre events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, optimising campaigns for better ROI.
- Assist in developing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and emailers.
- Support the management team in refining operational procedures and centre policies as part of the pioneer setup.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration and/or marketing (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Experience managing social media business pages and creating content is highly preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Willing and able to work a Wednesday to Sunday schedule (5-day work week).
