Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee the well-being of dogs during structured care sessions and playgroups.
- Assist professional trainers in behavioural rehabilitation tasks and exercises.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility at all times.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to pet owners and visitors during drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Keep accurate daily logs regarding pet health, behaviour, and feeding schedules.
- Ensure the centre's wellness technology equipment is used correctly and kept in good working order.
- Support the team in managing inventory for pet supplies and enrichment tools.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a genuine passion for animal welfare and pet behavioural health.
- Prior experience in pet care, dog training, or animal shelters is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanour.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments safely and calmly.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or digital management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new wellness technology and training methodologies.
