Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, implement, and evaluate active ageing programmes to promote holistic wellbeing
- Coordinate befriending and buddying initiatives to foster resident connections
- Provide information services and facilitate care referrals to appropriate resources
- Manage centre operations, including activity scheduling and resource allocation
- Develop partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate programme documentation and resident records
- Support resident engagement through regular feedback collection and adaptation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in programme coordination or community services
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage elderly residents effectively
- Proficiency in office software and basic data management systems
- Knowledge of Singapore's eldercare landscape and support services
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
