Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and visionary Centre Director to lead our Nursing Home operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily administration, clinical standards, and strategic growth of the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the Nursing Home.
- Ensure strict compliance with local healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and the local community.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance development of nursing and support staff.
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and cost control measures.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain high patient care standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (minimum).
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid license in Singapore.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior management or director-level roles within a care facility.
- Strong background in healthcare operations, strategy, and residential care management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (if applicable) and eligibility to work in Singapore.
