Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all center operations including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance foot traffic and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing center management team
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance with lease agreements
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking
- Drive marketing initiatives and community engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, authorities, and community leaders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in retail management or commercial real estate leadership
- Proven experience in shopping center operations and tenant management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute business plans
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Tetum)
- Experience working in emerging markets is highly desirable
