Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily center operations
- Coordinate parent communications, enrollment processes, and documentation management
- Assist in implementing health and safety protocols across the center environment
- Support event planning and execution for educational programs and community initiatives
- Manage inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance requests
- Collaborate with educators to support curriculum implementation and student activities
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels or equivalent; diploma in Early Childhood Education or Business Administration preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or childcare support experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for supporting children's development and education
- Singaporean or Singapore PR required
