Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and execute long-term corporate strategies.
- Analyze market trends and internal data to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders, boards, and investors.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to improve business performance.
- Oversee special initiatives and represent the CEO in high-level external meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a strategic, executive, or management role.
- Proven track record in the Real Estate, Property, or Construction industry.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex financial and operational metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
